About me

Glenn is a Junior Barrister who can assist clients in the following areas:

Glenn practices in both State and Commonwealth criminal law, primarily prosecuting for the Crown. Being an ardent follower of the cab-rank principle, Glenn also accepts criminal defence work without discrimination. 

Glenn has prosecuted and defended indictable matters, including matters involving a fatality, high level drug trafficking, child sex offences, rape, sexual assaults, assaults involving a serious injury, aggravated home invasions and aggravated carjackings, amongst other offences. 

Glenn is well-versed in the Commonwealth criminal jurisdiction. 

Additionally, Glenn regulary appears in the Commonwealth jurisdiction in judicial reviews of administrative decisions. 

 

Glenn has also appeared before the full Court of Appeal succesfully, and appears regularly in other appeals and judicial reviews in the State jurisdiction, including in the Supreme Court. 

 

Glenn has a keen interest in military law, primarily in military operations law in the areas of Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) and Law of Naval Warfare, including UNCLOS. Glenn is also well-versed in the Defence Force Discipline Act (DFDA) and military administrative law. 

 

Glenn takes pride in providing the best advice and support to his clients with a trauma informed practice. 

Glenn accepts direct access briefs, where appropriate, especially in migration law matters involving both merits and judicial reviews.

Glenn can assist pro bono in appropriate matters.
